Orders ship from Illinois within 1–3 business days. Singles go in a penny sleeve, a rigid toploader, and a card-safe rigid mailer so nothing arrives bent. Sealed product ships boxed and padded. Economy orders use the same card-safe packaging — only the service level differs.
Shipping is calculated by weight, so a single card doesn't cost the same as a booster box. Every tracked option already includes $100 of coverage at no extra charge.
At checkout you choose:
Economy — $1.99. Card-safe rigid envelope. No tracking, no coverage. Small, low-value orders only. Your card is still sleeved and protected, but if it goes missing we can't trace or replace it.
Standard — from $7.75. Tracked, with $100 of coverage included.
Add signature — $4.99. Someone must sign for the package.
Add full-value insurance — from $3.99. Covers the whole order, not just the first $100. Only offered on orders above $100, since $100 is already covered.
Orders over $250 include signature confirmation at no charge. We cover that cost — on an order that size we want proof it reached a person.
Orders over $500 require full-value insurance. At that value neither of us should be gambling on the mail.
We ship within the United States only at launch.
Sealed product: returnable unopened within 14 days of delivery; buyer pays return shipping. Opened sealed product cannot be returned.
Singles: if the card's condition doesn't match the listing, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll refund or replace.
Sets and lots: a lot is sold as described on its listing, not as a specific list of cards. Where a listing says assorted or our choice, we pick the cards — you are buying the count, the rarity mix and the condition, and duplicates are possible unless the listing says otherwise. Where a listing names exact contents, such as a complete Common/Uncommon/Rare set, those contents are guaranteed and anything missing is our mistake to fix. Because loose cards can't be verified once they've been mixed into a collection, lots can be returned if they arrive short of the stated count, below the stated condition, or not from the stated set — tell us within 7 days with photos and we'll refund or replace.
What “complete” means here: a set listed as complete contains every card of the rarities named in its title, and nothing beyond them. A Common/Uncommon/Rare set does not include Leaders, alternate arts, parallels or Secret Rares — those are sold separately and are never quietly slipped in or left out.
We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, and email. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number. We don't sell your information to anyone.
