FAQ

Are your products authentic?

Yes — 100%. We only sell official, licensed Dragon Ball Super Card Game product sourced from authorized distribution channels. We never sell proxies or reprints.

How do you ship cards?

Every single goes into a penny sleeve, then a rigid toploader, then a card-safe rigid mailer so it can't be bent in transit. Sealed product ships padded and protected. Economy orders travel in a card-safe envelope as well — the protection is the same, it just isn't tracked. We ship within 1–3 business days.

What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping is priced by the weight of your order — you only pay what it actually costs to send.

Economy — $1.99. Card-safe envelope, no tracking. Small, low-value orders only.
Standard — from $7.75. Tracked door to door, with $100 of coverage included at no charge.
Add signature — $4.99. Someone has to sign, so it can't be left on a doorstep.
Add full-value insurance — from $3.99. Covers the whole order, not just the first $100.

Two things happen automatically as your order gets bigger:

Over $250 — signature included free. You can't turn it off. Cards worth this much shouldn't be left on a porch.
Over $500 — shipping drops to a flat $9.99, and full insurance is included free. The flat rate covers parcels up to 10 lb; heavier orders add a small per-pound amount on top, shown at checkout.

Two notes we'd rather say out loud. We don't do free shipping at any level — a heavy sealed order genuinely costs $25–40 to send insured, and we'd have to raise card prices to hide that. The $9.99 flat rate above $500 already means we're paying part of it ourselves. And insurance claims are paid to the sender, not you, which is exactly why we don't bill you for cover that protects us.

Is the $1.99 Economy option safe for my card?

The packaging is the same — penny sleeve, toploader, and a card-safe rigid envelope. The difference is the service: Economy has no tracking and no insurance, so if it's lost in the mail we can't see where it went and can't replace it. It's there to keep cheap singles affordable to ship. If losing the card would bother you, pick Standard or Insured.

Do I need to add insurance?

Usually not. Every tracked option already includes $100 of coverage free, so most orders are covered without you doing anything. We only offer paid insurance above $100 — below that you'd be buying cover you already have.

On orders over $500 we include full insurance at no charge, and shipping drops to a flat $9.99. We require the cover, so we pay for it.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At launch we ship within the US only. International shipping is on the roadmap — join the email list at the bottom of any page and we'll tell you when it opens.

What condition are your singles?

Every single is listed with its condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) and we photograph the actual card you receive whenever possible. If you're unhappy with a card's condition, contact us — we make it right.

Can I request specific cards?

Yes! Send us the card you're hunting through the contact page. If we can source it at a fair price, we will.

How do limited-stock draws work?

When stock is too small for a fair first-come sale, we open a free entry form. One entry per person. After the window closes we pick winners with a published seed so the result is reproducible. Winners get a one-use payment link and have 48 hours to pay normal retail. Unclaimed spots go to the next runner-up. Full rules on the fair draw rules page; enter only when a draw is open on the draw entry page. No money changes hands to enter.
