Plain rules for limited-stock draws. No money changes hands to enter.
When a draw is open, fill out the free form on the draw entry page. You need a name, an email, and which item you want. That is the whole entry.
Entry is free. You never pay a fee, deposit, or shipping charge to be in a draw. Winners pay normal retail only after they are selected, through a one-use payment link.
One entry per person. Before we draw, we remove duplicates. Same mailbox counts once (including Gmail tricks like dots or +tags). Someone with many unrelated real email addresses can still enter more than once — we catch mailbox tricks, not every creative workaround. Please don’t do that; it is against the spirit of a fair share.
Each draw has its own close date, set by Zac when that draw opens. Close date for this draw: [Zac sets the close date when the draw opens]. Entries after that time are not included.
We publish a seed string before running the draw (tweet, post, or public commit). Then we run a small open script that scores every unique entry with HMAC-SHA256 using that seed. Entries are ranked by that score. Top slots are winners; the rest stay as ordered runners-up.
Anyone with the published seed and the entry list can re-run the same script and get the same ranking. Being early or refreshing the form does not change your odds.
Winners get an email from orders@zbwarriors.com with a private Stripe Payment Link. Check junk if you are waiting. We do not auto-blast the whole entry list.
You have 48 hours from the email to pay at normal retail through the one-use link. The link is limited to one payment.
If a winner does not pay in time, or the link expires unused, that spot goes to the next runner-up in order. Same 48-hour window for them.
